MUST BE USED WITH ALL 240 VOLT MACHINES
Equipment is hired on the terms printed on our Hire Contract Note, a copy given with each hire. Equipment remains on hire and chargeable until the customer is in possession of a receipt for items either returned to our yard during business hours or collected by our van.
TRADE ACCOUNTS may be opened within 3 days of receipt of 2 satisfactory Trade and one Banker’s Reference. All customers other than authorised Trade account customers will be required to pay a Deposit before any goods can be supplied.
SPECIAL SERVICES OFFERED. Equipment may be reserved in advance but any cancellation must be made one day prior to date given for hire.
Expert advice is freely available at our branch to assist you with any particular problem.Operating instructions are given with mechanical equipment.
MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY. Every item is checked, cleaned and serviced for each hire. Our specialist knowledge of small plant hire ensure you get the best tool of its kind for your job.
Equipment is sent out in first class order and packed, where possible, in a strong carrying case. This means a minimum of breakdowns in service.
Goods returned in an unclean state will carry a CLEANING CHARGE to be retained from the customer’s deposit. Under normal circumstances no cleaning charge will be made. An efficient DELIVERY SERVICE is available and delivery charges are available on,
application.
VAT Regd. 357 9834 96. This is a trade catalogue and therefore prices quoted do not include VAT which is payable on all Hire and Sale items at the current rates. Private customers will be supplied with VAT inclusive prices on request.
The only conclusive proof of equipment returned or to be collected “Off Hire” is an official MURRAY HIRE CENTRE “Collect Note” Number or “Returns Note”. This is of particular importance to customers who give “Off Hire” instructions by telephone. PLEASE ALWAYS
OBTAIN YOUR COLLECT OR RETURNS NOTE NUMBER.
MURRAY HIRE CENTRE reserves the right to amend, alter or increase the charges in this catalogue as well as add to or withdraw any of the equipment described and/or illustrated at their sole discretion and without notice.
All resale equipment remains the property of Murray Hire Centres Ltd. until paid for in full. Account hire minimum charge £10.00 + VAT
HIRE PERIODS
1 DAY .................. Any 24 hour period or Sunday
3 DAYS ............... Any 72 hour period.
EXTRA DAY ........ Each extra day after 7 days.
2 DAYS ............... Any 48 hour period.
7 Days ................ Any 7 consecutive days.
5 DAYS APPLICABLE TO LARGER MACHINES
